Job summary

Antares is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to help extend our international presence in defense and energy markets. You will support the Chief Nuclear Officer and leadership in identifying customers, shaping market-entry strategies, and securing partnerships and commercial agreements across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in international government relations or business development, preferably in energy or defense.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with government and corporate stakeholders and advance multi-party opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage an international opportunity pipeline and prioritize markets.
• Develop market-entry strategies considering customer needs, regulatory pathways, and financing.
• Cultivate relationships with national governments, ministries, utilities, and major contractors.
• Coordinate proposals, presentations, partnerships, and regulatory strategies across the development process.
• Support leadership in customer engagement, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Represent Antares at meetings and events; brief leadership on key takeaways and follow-up actions.
• Monitor market and regulatory developments and translate into actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance, regulatory, and policy teams to align opportunities with capabilities.
