Job summary

Antares is seeking a Business Development Manager to help build the U.S. commercial market for its microreactors.

This role will identify and evaluate potential customers and applications across energy‑intensive industries, translating broad market opportunities into specific projects and advancing those projects toward commercial agreements. The Manager will work across Antares with Finance and Engineering, and coordinate with Regulatory, Government Affairs, and company leadership to develop

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; STEM field preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in business development, project development, or related fields.
• Proven ability to identify and advance complex commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop commercial microreactor opportunities in the U.S.
• Originate new customer relationships and develop opportunities identified by leadership.
• Build relationships with prospective customers and discuss energy needs and project requirements.
• Convert market opportunities into actionable projects and develop opportunity maps.
• Evaluate project economics, permitting, policy considerations, financing, and siting.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Regulatory, Government Affairs, and leadership.
• Support international opportunities and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Represent Antares at meetings, site visits, and external engagements.
