Job summary

TaylorMade Golf is seeking a Product Manufacturing Engineer to lead industrialization of new golf ball designs, partnering with manufacturing sites in Asia Pacific and supporting from prototype through commercialization.

You will drive tooling, first article builds, and qualification milestones, while ensuring performance, conformance, quality, and cost targets using SPC data and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Requires MS/BS degree with hands-on manufacturing/engineering experience.
• Lean Manufacturing, Process Optimization, 6-Sigma exposure or certification preferred.
• Experience communicating and coordinating with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Lead industrialization activities from prototype to commercialization for golf ball designs.
• Coordinate tooling, prototypes, and first article builds through evaluation and testing.
• Drive cost, quality, speed, yield improvements via data analysis and SPC.
• Own manufacturing readiness timelines for new product launches and milestones.
• Generate test data reports and summaries for Engineering Management.
