Job summary

Augusta National Golf Club seeks a Manager, Golf Development to lead global golf development initiatives across MT Foundation and MT Charities, including AAC, LAAC, ANWA, DCP, and TPP. The role is full-time, on-site in Augusta, GA, with international travel.

You will build detailed operational plans, manage the DCP/MTF operations, partner with The R&A, IGF, USGA, and coordinate youth programs, academies, and events during Masters Week, reporting to the Managing Director of Golf Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in sports/golf management or related field.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in golf/tournament operations.
• Broad golf background and knowledge of tournament management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and represent Augusta National Golf Club as a member of the DCP Task Force.
• Oversee pre-National Finals communications and logistics including participant registration and travel arrangements.
• Coordinate Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals weekend activities.
• Develop and execute Academy programs for LAAC and AAC with partners.
• Support Tournament Headquarters and coordinate ceremonies during Masters Week.
