Job summary

Fanatics Inc. is seeking a Head of Global Gift Card Strategy to develop and drive strategic initiatives across business development, operations, marketing, product, and account management.

You will own the global program strategy, financial forecasting, and data-driven decision making in a fast-evolving FinTech and e-commerce environment. Located in the NYC office, you will partner with leaders across the organization to manage international expansion, revenue growth, and program optimization

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive experience in strategy, business development, management consulting, or a related field.
• Experience in gift cards, payments, fintech, or e-commerce is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; comfortable working with large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and ongoing management of the global gift card program strategy across functions and regions.
• Own the annual strategic planning process, including goal setting and roadmap development.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and opportunity assessments to identify scale opportunities.
• Build business cases and KPIs for key initiatives and present findings to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Bizdev and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and align on priorities.
