Job summary

Amgen seeks a Senior Manager – GEO Strategy & Operations to orchestrate GEO across RDBU & Global portfolios. You’ll translate enterprise priorities into cross-brand actions, lead cross-functional reviews, and ensure alignment from global to affiliate teams.

The role requires strategic, analytical, and results-driven thinking with strong leadership across marketing, medical, and regulatory functions, and offers flexible work models where possible.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s/Bachelor’s degrees with relevant marketing or analytics experience.
• Experience in Marketing, Digital Strategy, Commercial Operations, or Decision Sciences.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across global, regional, and affiliate teams.
• Ability to translate GEO findings into actionable marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Translate enterprise GEO strategy into priorities for RDBU and Global brands.
• Lead GEO activation across platforms and translate findings into actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to align decisions and actions.
• Manage GEO platform inputs, timelines, and quality across partners.
• Incorporate GEO recommendations into global-to-local brand plans.
