You will advise executive leadership, manage investigations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and compliance initiatives.

Requires 10-15+ years of experience, a J.D., and bar admission. In-person role with comprehensive benefits and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years experience as regulatory, litigation, investigations, or enforcement attorney.
• Lead global regulatory and litigation work across multiple jurisdictions.
• Experience advising executive leadership on high-stakes issues.
• Ability to build trusted relationships across legal, product, policy, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead global regulatory strategy across financial services, crypto, digital identity, consumer protection, and related areas.
• Advise executive leadership on complex regulatory issues involving digital assets and emerging technologies.
• Develop and lead licensing, registration, and supervisory engagement across jurisdictions.
• Manage significant investigations, enforcement actions, and high-risk matters.
• Collaborate with Product, Policy, Communications, and other teams to support initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and scale Regulatory, Litigation, and Compliance teams.
