Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to lead client engagements and transform operating models across finance, HR, IT, procurement, and supply chain. You will guide cross-functional teams, interact with executives, and shape go-to-market and thought leadership within a global delivery network.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience
Experience in providing advisory services in finance shared services or outsourcing
Experience leading Finance Transformation or ERP implementations preferred
Experience managing large teams and engagement economics

Responsibilities

Lead client engagements with C-suite stakeholders across domestic and multinational clients
Sell, deliver and manage GBS transformation projects across multiple areas
Coach and develop high-performing teams and support talent recruitment
Develop sector-specific GBS offerings and reusable transformation assets
Facilitate executive workshops, steering committees and strategic decision-making
