Job summary

KBR is seeking a Gateway Transition Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support for the US Antarctic Program across Christchurch, New Zealand; Punta Arenas, Chile; and Port Hueneme, California. You will manage schedules, track actions, and ensure documentation and communications stay on track across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Project Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of administrative, project coordination, logistics, or operational support experience.
• Experience managing schedules, documentation, and action-item tracking.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for gateway transition activities across all three gateway locations.
• Maintain schedules, action-item tracking, and document control for gateway transition leads.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and document meeting outcomes and follow-up actions.
• Support reporting and communication efforts across multiple time zones and stakeholder groups.
• Ensure transition documentation is accurate, current, and properly maintained.
• Assist with tracking milestones, deliverables, and transition progress.
