• CPA license.
• 10+ years of experience including Big 4 and/or leadership roles in high-growth companies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global financial reporting and ensure US GAAP compliance.
• Lead strategy for regulated entity reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions and product launches.
• Develop GAAP accounting policies and support major initiatives like post-merger integration.
• Build and maintain internal control environment aligned with SOX and Capital One standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal and FP&A on accounting for new products and business changes.
• Ensure timely close through journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Drive process improvements via automation and AI initiatives.
