URBN's Anthropologie brand seeks a Sr. Director of Sourcing for Furniture to define and lead the long-term furniture sourcing strategy.

Reporting to the Executive Director of URBN Sourcing, the role drives development for Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, and Terrain brands across global markets. Responsibilities include managing pre-production calendars, mitigating supply risks, and guiding cross-functional teams to meet cost targets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading production/product development/sourcing teams.
• Strong strategic and organizational leadership with cross-functional influence.
• Experience managing global vendor networks and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term furniture sourcing strategy for URBN brands.
• Manage pre-production calendars, risk mitigation, and supplier relationships.
• Lead in-region teams and coach staff to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee global sourcing programs across Anthropologie, Urban Outfitters, and Terrain.
