The role requires a quantitative bachelor's degree, 4+ years of experience, strong communication, and a passion for financial markets. Proficiency with Bloomberg or Reuters is preferred, and Python skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in a Research Analyst role.
• Demonstrable passion for financial markets and problem solving.
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong quantitative, analytical and research-oriented skill set.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg and/or Reuters.
• Python programming will earn bonus points.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze news/events that impact trading teams and report pertinent information.
• Support traders by conducting research and monitoring global macro events affecting securities prices.
• Collaborate with small trading groups to analyze data, detect patterns, and develop new ideas/tools.
