• Lead resolution of complex issues when accounting or securities transactions breach validation tolerances.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, scale, and resilience of the operating platform.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and clients to drive outcomes.
• Implement strategic plans and manage projects or programs to meet objectives.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster growth and development.
