Job summary

Blackstone’s Global Fund Accounting & Finance Summer Analyst Program invites students pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degrees in accounting to gain hands-on experience in alternative asset fund finance and accounting.

Analysts support fund accounting, investor reporting, and performance reporting across multiple funds including private equity, real estate, credit, and hedge funds, with exposure to senior management and targeted training.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting.
• Anticipated graduation date: Dec 2027–May 2028.
• Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA.
• Aspiration to become a licensed CPA is noted.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accounting records.
• Assist with reviewing daily cash and investment activity.
• Monitor and report on credit facility activity.
• Prepare capital drawdowns and distributions.
• Review waterfall calculations and management fee billing.
• Prepare quarterly and audited annual reports with footnotes.
• Assist in onboarding of new funds and liaise with investors.
• Work with technology teams to improve system functionality.
