Job summary
Baker Hughes is seeking a Drilling & Completion Fluids Central Fulfillment Leader to drive global fulfillment strategy and governance across LMPs, AMO, and FES. You will partner with Commercial, Technology and Product Management to deliver reliable service worldwide.
With 12+ years in supply chain/fulfillment and 5+ years in leadership, you will implement standard processes, KPI rhythms, and capital plans, improving delivery, working capital, and profitability while leading geographically
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or related technical discipline.
- MBA or advanced qualification in Engineering or Business preferred.
- Lean Six Sigma, APICS, PMP, or relevant operational excellence certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead global infrastructure and capex strategy for DCF fulfillment operations.
- Drive consistent execution to improve HSE, quality, delivery, cost and productivity.
- Establish operating standards, KPIs, rhythms, and governance for global assets.
