Job summary

BlueGrace Logistics is seeking an International Operations Coordinator to manage and grow customer accounts across international freight modes. This role will oversee operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and improving service across global supply chains.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. You will interact with customers and partners worldwide while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in international freight forwarding or global supply chain operations required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ocean freight, air freight, and customs brokerage.
• Strong understanding of international trade compliance and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day international freight operations for assigned customer accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for international customers.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and ensure timely booking and delivery of shipments.
