Responsibilities

• Structure franchise programs and draft Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs).
• Research and advise on franchise, supply, and distribution contracts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and handle franchise registrations.
• Resolve disputes in franchise, supply, and distribution relations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on international transactions.
