- 3–5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, or related practice areas within a law firm.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and client service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Support franchise, licensing, and distribution transactions for clients across multiple industries.
- Assist with mergers and acquisitions involving franchise and distribution businesses.
- Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements.
- Advise on franchise program development and expansion strategies.
- Provide guidance on franchise and regulatory compliance matters.
- Support domestic and international business growth initiatives.
