Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of FP&A or related experience in finance roles.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience analyzing financial statements and performance metrics.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, planning, and investments.
• Analyze performance, trends, and financial metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
• Perform scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, and profitability assessments.
• Support long-range planning and annual budgeting processes.
• Assist with acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships analysis.
• Conduct valuation analyses and assess financial impact of initiatives.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders during transaction processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual segment reporting packages.
• Analyze segment performance and explain variances vs budget/forecast.
• Ensure reporting accuracy across business units.
• Support management reporting and Board presentations.
• Work with operations and commercial teams to understand drivers.
