Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in Princeton, NJ is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst, International, to provide financial support and analytics to the Senior Director of Finance, International. You will help with forecasting, performance analytics, and international P&L analyses.

The role collaborates with global FP&A, drives margin improvements and strategic decisions across EMEA, CALA, and Asia. Hybrid work schedule with office days Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting required. MBA preferred. CPA a plus.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounting including FP&A and budgeting.
• Strong Excel skills and proven facility in financial modeling required.
• Detail oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills across all levels of the organization.
• Experience with multidimensional databases such as Hyperion, OneStream, BPC or TM1 is a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensure completeness, timeliness and accuracy of forecasts.
• Provide analytics for the international business via trends, insights and dynamic reporting.
• Collaborate with global FP&A to improve planning and reporting processes.
• Work with commercial teams to align financial plans with company goals.
• Influence regional leaders to drive growth and allocate resources effectively.
• Support monthly/quarterly/annual revenue and P&L analyses for the international division.
