Responsibilities

• Coordinate the consolidation, analysis, and submission of Global Commercial and Medical forecasts and budgets, including OPEX and headcount.
• Support long-range planning (LRP) OPEX models and multi-year scenario planning to inform launch readiness and portfolio growth.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation approaches through partnership with the business.
• Perform capital deployment and ROI analyses for Commercial initiatives.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve spend effectiveness across global markets.
• Prepare financial narratives and headcount analyses for business reviews.
• Construct crosswalks between budget, forecast, and actuals to support clarity and alignment.
• Partner with Accounting to support the integrity of monthly close and reporting outputs.
• Coordinate continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and elevate analytical rigor.
• Support implementation of advanced analytics, planning tools, and visualization capabilities.
• Contribute to analytical standards and best practices across the team.

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An individual’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, and business or organizational needs.The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, other incentive compensation, or equity award, subject to company plan eligibility criteria and individual performance.
