Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Customer Services Controller in Herndon, VA. The role focuses on organizing financial data for the Airbus services business in the Americas and establishing robust quarterly and rolling forecasts aligned with the annual operating plan.

You will provide in-depth financial analysis, support QBRs/MBRs, and translate complex analytics into actionable guidance for management. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of cross-functional stakeholder

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• 3 years in cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management; working with international interfaces or division operational management.
• Experience in an international setting within a large global aviation organization.
• Experience applying Project, Program, and Portfolio Management principles; cost analysis and KPI reporting.
• Up to 30% domestic and international travel required.

Responsibilities

• Organize the financial data for the Airbus services business in the Americas region.
• Establish a robust forecasting mechanism for quarterly and rolling forecasts and performance vs AOP targets.
• Ensure expenditures align with the AOP and support strategic goals.
• Provide financial analysis for the Services business in North America and support QBRs/MBRs with variance analysis and root-cause investigations.
• Contribute to FP&A function and the annual operating plan development.
• Translate complex financial analysis into actionable business guidance for decisions.
