Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related discipline required.
• MBA or MBA pursuit is a plus.
• 1–3 years of experience or internships in finance/FP&A.

Responsibilities

• Supports annual budget and quarterly forecast processes.
• Builds and maintains financial models and tools.
• Produces clear, actionable reporting for stakeholders.
• Provides decision support with value-added analysis and insights.
• Collaborates with partners to validate outputs and assumptions.
• Explores new analytical/AI tools to improve speed and quality of analysis.
• Supports broader reporting needs and process improvements.
• Travels to other Markel offices as needed.
