Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience or internships
• Foundational knowledge of corporate finance, budgeting and forecasting
• Understanding of financial processes and systems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Interest in applying AI and automation to analytics
• Experience using Power BI to improve customer experience
• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills

Responsibilities

• Supports the compilation and analysis of the annual budget and quarterly forecast
• Produces clear reports summarizing financial output, issues and recommendations
• Develops and maintains models and tools for analysis
• Provides decision support through financial insights
• Works with partners to understand data, confirm assumptions and validate outputs
• Identifies and pilots new analytical/AI tools to improve data analysis
• Supports reporting needs across the organization for visibility of performance
• Documents standard processes and flows
• Participates in ad hoc initiatives and travel as needed
