Emerson Electric Co in McKinney, TX, is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to support worldwide Pressure Management financial planning. You will partner with global and domestic finance teams to analyze results, consolidate forecasts, and prepare quarterly and long-range plans.

You will drive reporting improvements using Hyperion/BI tools, support management reviews, and work independently or in a team to meet deadlines while delivering clear insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role.
• Knowledge of accounting concepts, techniques, and principles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical mind and ability to interpret financial data.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Experience with a major ERP system.
• Excel skills including pivot tables.
• Ability to work as a key member of the FP&A team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist global team with quarterly POR, annual budget and long-term forecast reporting.
• Coordinate POR/Presidents’ Council/Profit Plan exhibits collection and analysis.
• Conduct analytical reviews of monthly results and KPIs and drive corrective actions.
• Develop understanding of key business drivers and communicate results clearly.
• Consolidate and report monthly financial results (P&L, Balance Sheet, Product Group data).
• Assist in presentation preparation for management review meetings.
• Identify and implement improvements to Hyperion, BI tools, and automation.
• Work independently or as part of a team to meet deadlines.
• Support FP&A requests for global business unit and ad hoc analyses.
