Job summary

Altra, a VF Brand, seeks an FP&A Analyst to deliver business performance analysis, reporting and forecasting to support Global Finance. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to drive margin expansion and strategic growth, with a focus on product KPIs and cost frameworks.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and the ability to present complex data clearly. Location is hybrid with three in-office days, and the hiring range is $62,208 to $77,760 USD

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; MBA, CFA or CPA a plus but not required.
• Strong financial background with analytical and modeling skills.
• 0–2 years of FP&A experience at a multinational company (consumer/retail preferred).
• Proficient in Excel; advanced PowerPoint, data management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop understand of Altra global business and provide financial analytics to leadership.
• Support 5-year rolling financial plan with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and quarterly reviews.
• Model product margin and pricing architecture; analyze cost framework.
• Maintain monthly forecast, annual plan, and strategic plan processes.
• Monitor actuals vs budget/forecast for SG&A budgets.
• Assist Go-to-Market process and update rolling models for growth initiatives.
• Create standardized tools for consolidating global financials and variances.
