Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Managing Director for Forensics, Litigation & Valuation Services in Miami. This senior role focuses on expanding Baker Tilly’s global presence, especially in South America, while delivering expert forensic analysis and client service across engagements.

Responsibilities include leading complex engagements, mentoring staff, driving business development, and maintaining high-quality deliverables. Travel and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a specialized field is required.
• Ten (10) years of related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• CPA, CFE, CFF, or other relevant certifications required.
• Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent project management skills with proven leadership of projects.
• Willingness to travel and ability to work outside normal business hours.
• Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technically specialized and complex forensic engagements.
• Provide financial insight and support; assist in expert witness testimony.
• Manage client communications, expectations, and deadlines; lead change efforts.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and mentor staff; drive career development.
• Support principal-level strategic planning and business development activities.
• Travel to client sites as needed and work flexible hours.
