Job summary

ProSync seeks a Foreign Disclosure Representative to support international security cooperation by reviewing and facilitating the release of classified information to foreign governments and partners. The role collaborates with program offices, security teams, and government stakeholders to ensure compliance with National Disclosure Policy and DoD directives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Three+ years in foreign disclosure, security cooperation, or related fields.
• Experience interpreting government policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of foreign disclosure principles and information release processes.
• Familiarity with defense programs or aircraft systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and process foreign disclosure requests for compliance with USG, DoD, and program security requirements.
• Analyze classified information to determine releasability to foreign governments and partners.
• Coordinate with program offices, security personnel, and government stakeholders.
• Provide guidance on National Disclosure Policy and release authorization requirements.
• Prepare disclosure recommendations and staffing documentation for review.
• Support international programs and security cooperation initiatives.
• Maintain records and documentation related to disclosure requests and approvals.
• Participate in meetings and program reviews involving international engagement.
• Review information for disclosure considerations and security risks.
• Develop reports and briefing materials on foreign disclosure activities.
• Collaborate with security, export compliance, and program management teams.
• Assist audits, inspections, and compliance reviews related to foreign disclosure.
