The role requires 10+ years in FCP, 5+ years in DoW FCP experience, TS/SCI clearance, and a relevant degree; you’ll collaborate across agencies and support national security missions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Foreign Clearance Programs (FCP).
• 5+ years of experience in DoW Foreign Clearance Program (FCP) including APACS policy and procedures.
• Experience processing country and theater clearance.
• Ability to analyze and coordinate complex international operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Foreign Clearance Guide with up-to-date information on treaties, policies, and jurisdictional requirements.
• Minimize risk and delays by aligning with international clearance policies.
• Lead cross-agency collaboration to support national security objectives.
