Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Product Manager to lead end-to-end lifecycle management for our life sciences portfolios. You will partner with R&D, marketing, operations, and sales in a global matrix to deliver data-driven product strategies and launches.

You will conduct voice-of-customer research, develop business cases, define requirements, and drive continuous improvement while balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution. This on-site role offers meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in related life sciences.
• 5+ years of experience in flow cytometry including spectral flow or cell sorting.
• Experience translating customer needs into product requirements and commercial strategies.
• Experience in product management, marketing, or technical sales within life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy to commercialization.
