Job summary

Oura invites a senior accounting leader to own end-to-end statutory reporting for its international entities, coordinate audits, and drive compliance calendars. You will oversee US GAAP to local GAAP/IFRS adjustments, and lead sustainability reporting including CSRD, building robust data controls.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience, including Big 4 and multinational industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and active CPA or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, working knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP, and experience with foreign currency and intercompany.
• Strong expertise in sustainability reporting and familiarity with ERP systems like NetSuite, OneStream, Workiva.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of building processes and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end statutory reporting for Oura's international entities, including timetables, preparation, review, audits, and filings.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for statutory auditors and drive timely audit completion and resolution of findings.
• Prepare and review US GAAP to local GAAP/IFRS adjustments and maintain the entity compliance calendar.
• Lead sustainability reporting obligations, including California reporting and CSRD, and build the data and control foundation.
• Own technical accounting for international entities, including functional currency and ASC 830.
• Oversee intercompany accounting policy and processes, and advise on new entities and restructurings.
