Just Play is seeking a Financial Analyst to report to the Sr. Director Finance, contributing across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Senior Management.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills and superior Excel proficiency to drive financial reporting and KPI analysis for US and international operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum five years related business analysis experience.
• Proven record of process improvement and innovative financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Experience with ERP systems and databases.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Develop streamlined accounting and financial processes for KPI reporting to senior management.
• Provide financial support and analyses for US and international operations.
• Perform financial analysis of business performance and address issues for senior management.
• Provide predictive financial information for decision making and variance analysis against forecast and budget targets.
• Support licensor royalty reporting.
• Assist with ERP system enhancements to improve efficiency (Dynamics NAV).
• Design and maintain auditing reports to identify ERP data issues.
• Communicate effectively with overseas teams.
• Utilize ERP to manage budget, forecast and finance information.
