Job summary

Pivotal Talent Search Inc. seeks a Financial Analyst to join our finance team and contribute to consolidation, reporting, and budgeting processes. You will analyze financial data, support journal entries, and prepare internal management reports to drive performance.

The role requires IFRS and US GAAP knowledge, 5+ years in finance, and strong Excel/ERP skills. You will collaborate with the Controller and IT teams on ERP enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; Master’s or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS and U.S. GAAP.
• Excellent computer skills – Excel, Word, Project.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial data and recommend improvements.
• Assist with consolidated annual and quarterly financial statements.
• Support monthly journal entries and internal management reports.
• Collaborate with Controller/US Accounting Manager on reporting deadlines.
• Participate in budget and forecast processes and variance analyses.
• Provide auditors with support and analysis.
• Assist with inventory reporting and cost roll where needed.
• Work with IT teams on ERP enhancements and issue resolution.
