Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Big 4 environment.
• CPA license or active progress toward licensure preferred.
• Strong technical foundation in U.S. GAAP, FASB standards, and audit methodology.
• Demonstrated career progression and reliable employment history.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
• Advanced ability to analyze financial issues and develop practical, data‑driven recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Lead full‑cycle finance transformation initiatives for global organizations.
• Prepare and analyze financial information packages; support M&A work.
• Assist large corporate clients with detailed financial and operational analysis.
• Break down complex accounting, finance, and operational issues and develop data‑driven solutions.
• Review financial performance data to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Develop and execute change‑management plans to support global finance teams adopting new systems and tools.
• Maintain consistent, professional communication with internal leadership and client management.
