Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Finance & Business Management Senior Associate within Commercial & Investment Banking. You will translate finance requirements into functional specs, collaborate with regional finance teams and technology partners, and support the end-to-end operating model across a global client base.

You will drive governance, document requirements, and coordinate testing and migration plans while managing risks and delivering measurable improvements in a high-impact finance

Qualifications

• Knowledge of finance functions, processes and supporting tech platforms.
• Understanding of regional/global finance operating models and end-to-end processes.
• Familiarity with CIB products’ accounting and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather, understand and document finance business requirements; support functional specs.
• Develop and review operating models and reference data migrations from a business/process view.
• Define and document requirements for controlled data migration and setup of entities and feeds.
• Develop governance structures to support project delivery.
• Collaborate with test managers to create test strategies, plans and data; ensure thorough testing.
• Resolve business issues identified during testing; coordinate migration plans.
• Identify and manage project risks; work with senior stakeholders.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and sound judgement.
