Responsibilities

Provide support to Lead Project Manager and stakeholders in defining and delivering project deliverables.
Track and remediate project risks and issues; escalate as needed.
Manage test strategies, test cases/scripts, and defect resolution.
Define and manage implementation events; monitor outcomes post go-live.
Provide project updates tailored to audience seniority.
