Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed by Summer 2027 or earlier in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Data Analytics/Mathematics or related field.
• Proven Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Global Finance Training Program.
• Complete general business skills training and department-specific training.
• Spend four to six months in department teams before landing in a role within the department.
• Join either the Revenue Analysis track or Financial Operations Analysis track.
• Explore revenue analysis rotations involving quantitative analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, expense analysis, and financial modeling.
• Explore financial operations rotations including reporting, procurement, accounts payable, and treasury functions.
• Provide administrative support and customer service to internal and external clients.
• Shadow department members to gain day-to-day exposure and promote effective work practices.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

• Explore revenue analysis rotations involving quantitative analysis, financial reporting, financial planning and budgeting, expense analysis, fee proposals, advanced analytics, financial modeling, and technology-enabled financial performance insights


• Explore financial operations rotations involving financial and statutory reporting, revenue operations, accounts payable, asset management, procurement and vendor risk management, general ledger, retirement benefits and financial well-being, and treasury functions


• Participate in professional development skills training


• Shadow department members to gain exposure to day-to-day tasks and responsibilities


• Provide administrative support relevant to the department


• Provide customer service to internal and external clients


• Promote effective work practices and collaborate as a team member


• Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or another relevant field completed by Summer 2027


• Strong Excel skills required


• Experience using Microsoft Suite programs such as Excel, Word, and/or PowerPoint


• Ability to take initiative and work independently and in a team environment with a customer-service focus


• Well-developed professional interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels


• Prior work experience or internships preferred


• Administrative experience and familiarity with professional services organizations preferred


• Must make a two-year minimum commitment to the firm
