Hogan Lovells Cadwalader in Washington, DC is seeking a Finance Systems Specialist to support Global Finance users and the suite of systems including Elite 3E. You will work with Technology and vendor teams, configuring and testing finance applications, and aiding in month-end closes.

The role requires 3–5 years in finance systems, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong MDX/SQL reporting skills. Some cross‑office collaboration may be required.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of relevant finance systems experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Experience with management of third‑party suppliers and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Provide timely and effective support of finance systems in liaison with Technology and vendor support teams.
• Maintain configuration and core setups of finance applications, balancing technical and functional perspectives.
• Assist in development and robust testing of new functionality and documentation for sign‑off.
• Maintain user and technical level documentation via the Finance Systems portal.
• Provide month-end support to the global Finance Department and rotate month-end closing tasks.
• Produce regular and ad-hoc client and Firm reporting using MDX, Excel and SQL.
• Possibly lead mini projects and coordinate with Finance and Technology teams across offices.
