Morrison & Foerster seeks a Financial Applications Administrator to support and optimize our Finance systems across multiple offices. You will handle end-user needs, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate upgrades with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities include training, data integrity, and enhancements to support month-end close and reporting. Candidates should have strong SQL Server skills, experience with financial software, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Supports legal financial systems such as Elite Enterprise, 3E, Aderant, Fulcrum, SAP.
• Chrome River administration experience preferred.
• Advanced SQL Server skills for data analysis and large imports.
• Strong knowledge of financial apps, databases, and reporting tools.
• Experience with web-based and client-server environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across the organization with confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Provide responsive, customer-focused support to troubleshoot issues and respond to user inquiries.
• Perform QA by replicating, documenting, and escalating system issues.
• Manage vendor relationships to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
• Support month-end close for Finance Time & Billing system.
• Plan, test, and implement finance system upgrades with minimal disruption.
• Coordinate with vendors for testing and deployment of upgrades.
• Develop test scripts with end users and oversee QA activities.
• Document, track, and resolve upgrade issues through implementation.
• Collaborate on rollout planning with Senior Manager and analyst for testing and deployment.
• Manage user enhancement requests from submission to production deployment.
• Deliver training to Finance end users and Elite system support.
• Identify process improvements to optimize system use.
