Job summary

Maersk is seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Business Partner / Senior Finance Manager to drive financial performance across business units. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and provide strategic insights to stakeholders including auditors and investors.

You will mentor a team of finance professionals, oversee reporting, cost management, and ensure regulatory compliance while partnering with senior leaders to shape financial strategy and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance roles.
• Strong FP&A, forecasting, and financial reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes with insights for decision-making.
• Partner with business unit leaders to understand financial needs and support strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and report on financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive corrective actions.
• Contribute to strategic planning and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
• Oversee financial reporting for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Manage costs and drive efficiency; mentor and develop finance team; build stakeholder relationships.
