Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, operational finance, or related finance roles.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing decision-making in a complex organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual planning, budgeting and forecasting processes with actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Act as a trusted finance advisor to business leaders and support sustainable growth initiatives.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identify risks and drivers, and partner with leadership to implement improvements.
• Support business case development, investment evaluations, pricing decisions, and strategic initiatives through rigorous analysis.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting and executive-level performance insights with timely communication of risks and opportunities.
• Drive productivity, cost optimization, and profitability improvement while balancing customer, operational, and financial objectives.
• Build relationships across Finance, Commercial, Operations, and other teams to align decisions with financial objectives.
• Partner with Global Service Centers to ensure timely month-end close and strong governance.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, automation and AI-enabled decision support.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with a commercial mindset and the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead annual planning, budgeting and forecasting processes. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Business Partnering: Act as a trusted finance advisor to business leaders, providing financial guidance, challenging assumptions, and supporting initiatives that drive sustainable growth and profitability.
• Performance Management: Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying opportunities, risks, and key business drivers. Partner with leadership teams to develop and execute improvement actions.
• Strategic Planning: Support business case development, investment evaluations, pricing decisions, and strategic initiatives through rigorous financial analysis and scenario modeling.
• Financial Reporting: Deliver accurate financial reporting and executive-level performance insights, ensuring timely communication of results, risks, and opportunities.
• Cost Management: Drive productivity, cost optimization, and profitability improvement initiatives while balancing customer, operational, and financial objectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Build effective relationships across Finance, Commercial, Operations, and other functional teams to align business decisions with financial objectives.
• Financial Controlling & Governance: Partner with Global Service Centers to ensure timely month-end close activities, strong balance sheet governance, accurate financial reporting, and effective financial controls.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting capabilities, automation, and the use of digital and AI-enabled tools to enhance decision support.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, operational finance, or related finance roles.
• Experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing decision-making in a complex organization preferred.

Skills

• Strong financial modeling and scenario analysis capabilities.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear business recommendations.
• Experience working with ERP, planning, and business intelligence tools (SAP, Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan, Hyperion, etc.) preferred.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve analysis, reporting, and decision support preferred
