Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Global Services Finance is seeking a Senior Finance Manager for Enterprise Procurement in New Brunswick, NJ. The role focuses on delivering financial discipline, budgeting, and strategic insights to optimize procurement spend and resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field.
• Master’s degree or professional certifications (CFA/CPA) preferred.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in finance or accounting.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience in finance business partnering.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership of a global team preferred.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems (ERP, Excel).
• Location: New Brunswick, NJ; up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual operating budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Conduct budget vs. actual variance and cost-benefit analysis with scenario modeling.
• Provide insights to optimize spending and resource allocation.
• Build relationships with senior Procurement and Finance leaders globally.
• Serve as trusted financial advisor to GS, MT, and IM leaders.
• Collaborate with IT, HR, Finance, and Procurement on proposals.
• Lead the Enterprise Procurement finance team and drive financial discipline.
