Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with a degree in related field.
• Interest in Controlling, Finance, or Accounting.
• Experience with Power BI, SQL or Python is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Complete four six-month placements across the RWE Group.
• Gain experience in Controlling, Risk Management, Accounting.
• Participate in Planning & Reporting, Investment & Valuation.
• Engage in Portfolio Management and Investor Relations activities.
• Apply AI-enabled productivity tools to improve workflows.
