Job summary

RWE Group is offering a two-year graduate program with four six-month rotations, starting in Chicago. You will gain exposure to strategy, transformation, and international assignments across multiple locations including the UK, Singapore, and Germany.

From day one you’ll support commercial, strategic and operational activities, with opportunities to work on AI-enabled tools and digital initiatives. A global career path awaits within RWE Supply & Trading.

Qualifications

• Strong degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, automation/AI tools is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset with curiosity and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy, transformation and commercial operations.
• Engage in project management and risk management activities.
• Contribute to business transformation and new partnerships.
