Job summary
RWE Group in Chicago invites graduates to join the Business Transformation & Strategy Graduate Program. Over two years, you will complete four six‑month rotations across commercial, strategic and operational functions, with an initial US rotation in Chicago and options for Singapore, Germany, UK or other locations.
You will gain exposure to digital tools including Power BI, SQL, Python and AI-enabled productivity tools, while receiving behavioural skills training and mentoring.
Qualifications
- Strong interest in energy industry and readiness to explore markets
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python or AI-enabled tools is advantageous
- Collaborative mindset with a curious approach to new solutions
- Motivation to take on challenges and work in a team
- Strong analytical skills and fast learning ability
- Willingness to travel to multiple locations
Responsibilities
- Support strategic and operational activities across rotations
- Participate in project management and business transformation initiatives
- Assist in new business partnerships and commercial operations back office
- Contribute to global and regional expansion efforts
