Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of finance business functions, processes and supporting technology platforms.
• Understanding of regional finance operating model and end-to-end processes.
• Understanding of CIB products' financial accounting.
• Familiarity with line-of-business systems, middle office operations, and related areas.
• Project management knowledge (lifecycle, governance, controls, practices).
• Strong business and structured business analysis skills.
• Influencing, negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Clear, concise communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with proactive ownership and strong judgement.
• Proficiency with desktop tools; accounting or PM qualification.

Responsibilities

• Gather, understand and document finance business requirements and support functional specs.
• Develop or review detailed operating models from business and process perspectives.
• Define and document requirements for data migration, entities, and feeds.
• Develop governance structures to support project delivery.
• Collaborate with test manager to develop test strategy and scripts.
• Pursue resolution of issues identified during testing.
• Coordinate progress with Business Lead and migration plans.
• Identify and manage project risks.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and sound judgement.
• Ensure all project documentation is updated in the repository.
