Job summary

Forterra’s SkillBridge internship offers hands-on experience as a Field Service Representative. You will support customer product readiness, diagnose and repair equipment on-site, and help train customers to keep systems mission-ready in the field.

Reporting to the Director of Customer Success, you’ll work with seasoned Forterra field service personnel to build practical technical, communication, and customer-relations skills for a future technical role.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience diagnosing, maintaining, repairing, or troubleshooting mechanical/electronic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site service, diagnostics, and repairs to keep customer equipment mission-ready.
• Assist in on-site training and knowledge transfer for customers and Forterra teams.
• Document service activities, test results, and issue resolutions; generate Field Reports and Work Orders.
