Qualifications

• Significant project field experience in construction support and maintenance work.
• HVAC Trade school or military training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment in the field.
• Compile O&M information and assist in project documentation.
• Direct field commissioning and perform quality assurance checks.

Skills

Ability to read drawings and schematics

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Exposure to PLC or Building controls

Ability to work independently

Education

HVAC Trade school
