Job summary

Aetna Group is seeking a technically skilled Service Engineer to ensure installation, commissioning, maintenance, and after-sales support for automated machinery at customer sites. You will contribute to customer satisfaction and uphold high quality standards across services.

Candidate should have a technical diploma in a related field, 2+ years in industrial automation, and a strong ability to read drawings and schematics.

Qualifications

• Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
• 2+ years in industrial automation or similar role.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical/pneumatic schematics.
• Good command of English (minimum B1).
• Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 180 days/year).
• Ability to work independently in international environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, test, commission, and start-up custom machinery at customer sites.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance and corrective interventions.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and improve products/processes.
• Prepare technical service reports and required documentation.
