Job summary

FieldCore is seeking an Electrician III for the Gas Power One Field Services team. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems on stationary engines and turbines at customer sites, focusing on reliability and safety.

The role requires reading manuals and diagrams, performing preventative maintenance, and travel extensively both internationally and domestically. A Diploma/Associate in Electrical Technology or 5 years of hands-on Power Plant/Petro-Chemical experience is

Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate Engineering Degree in Electrical Technology.
• 5 years of experience in Combined Cycle Power Plants / Petro-Chemical industries.
• Willing to travel extensively (internationally and domestically).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose electrical malfunctions and coordinate corrective actions with Maintenance Manager/Supervisor.
• Install wire and conduit for new machines and devices.
• Terminate wiring to machines and devices and connect cables.
• Replace faulty wiring and electrical components of machines.
• Maintain records of repairs, calibrations, and tests.
• Read and interpret electrical diagrams and system piping and instrumentation diagrams.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance per technical manuals.
